Supplier Mapping Enhancements

We’ve made the following improvements to the Supplier Mapping functionality to enhance clarity and user experience:

To user old flow fo to inventory setting>all select this check ss below.


by default setting is new flow.

New flow which we created is as below.

1. Option Renaming for Better Understanding

To make the mapping options more intuitive:

  • "Fixed" is now renamed to "Tax, Price, Amount Non-Editable in Mapping"

  • "Editable" is now renamed to "Tax, Price, Amount Editable in Mapping"

This change reflects the actual behavior of these options more clearly for users during supplier configuration.


2. Improved Raw Material Visibility in add Flow of purchase,po and sales:

Previously, selecting a supplier during purchase would display all mapped raw materials (e.g., 100 items if 100 were mapped), which was overwhelming and not user-friendly.


We have now applied a filter that ensures only the relevant and required mapped raw materials are shown, improving usability and reducing clutter in the purchase interface.

In old flow there is no funcanality changes.We added one more option so that all user these feature as per there requirement.

Also in purchase,sales and in po if supplier is selected then set as fav. button has been removed now they compulsory need to use supplier mapping option.
