Enhancements in Supplier Master

Overview

To enhance supplier record management and compliance tracking, we have introduced new fields and file upload functionality in the Supplier Master module. These additions will help businesses maintain accurate records and improve documentation.

New Features & Enhancements

1)Addition of PAN, TAN, and MSME Number Fields

  • Users can now add and store PAN, TAN, and MSME numbers while managing supplier details.
  • If these details are entered in the supplier master, they will be automatically included in the supplier PDF
     for better record-keeping and compliance.


2)File Upload Feature for Documentation

  • A new "Upload File" option is available to store supplier-related documents.
  • This feature allows users to upload supporting documents, such as registration certificates, invoices, agreements, and other references.
  • Supported file formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PDF.
  • A supplier can have up to 5 uploaded files, each with a maximum size of 2MB.
  • Files are only stored for internal reference and documentation purposes
     and will not be included in PDFs.
