New Screen Design
The interface to add production processes has been redesigned.
Cleaner layout for easier navigation and process addition.
Better alignment, grouping, and field arrangement for faster entry.
Functionality
No changes in how Production Master works — only the design has been improved.
You can still create, edit, and delete production processes exactly as before.
We now offer two main types of production for flexibility in different scenarios:
Purpose: For quick production without linking to any Purchase Order (PO).
How it works:
Select from Left Panel – All production processes you created in the Production Master appear on the left side.
Click to Add – When you click a process, the system automatically moves it to the right panel for execution.
Review Ingredients – Check the list of ingredients the system will consume for the production process.
Convert to Production – Confirm and finalise the production.
Limits:
Manual Entry: You can add up to 20 production processes at a time.
Excel Upload: No limit — you can upload large batch production via Excel, and the system will auto-convert them into completed production records.
Excel Upload Process:
The same as before — simply upload the file with the required format.
The system will instantly create production entries for all listed processes.
Purpose: To produce items based on POs raised by restaurants or outlets.
Two ways to view the PO data:
B1) Raw Material Wise
Shows a combined list of all raw materials required across multiple POs.
Useful for bulk planning, when you want to produce based on total demand from multiple POs.
B2) PO Wise
Shows each PO’s requirements separately.
Useful when you want to produce exactly as per each specific PO.
Key Difference:
Raw Material Wise → Combined view for all POs.
PO Wise → Separate view for each PO.
New Actions Available in Both Views:
For both Raw Material Wise and PO Wise, you can now perform three actions directly from the same screen:
Convert to Production
Instantly create production entries from the PO data.
Raise PO to Supplier
If raw material stock is insufficient to complete the production, you can raise a supplier PO directly from this screen.
Generate Production Plan
Create a production plan for your chef or staff.
Two export options:
Export to PDF – Can be printed on both standard printers and thermal printers (ideal for kitchen use).
Export to Excel – For digital sharing, further editing, or reporting.
Purpose: To filter and manage production processes based on defined time slots, helping reduce screen clutter and improve planning.
Setup:
Go to Inventory Settings and create time slots.
Assign production processes from the Production Master to each slot.
Example:
Morning Slot: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Assigned Processes: Pizza Gravy, Pasta Gravy, Paneer Gravy
Effect in Production Execution:
During the morning slot, only these assigned processes will be visible for production.
If no slot is assigned to a process, it will be shown under Morning Slot + Others.
Benefits:
Allows you to split production throughout the day.
Reduces clutter on the production execution screen by showing only relevant processes.
Helps in better kitchen workload management
