Inventory Notifications Are Here!

We’re excited to introduce Inventory Notifications to help you better manage your stock levels and avoid shortages or expired raw materials. This feature brings three types of notifications to keep you informed:

Key Features

  1. At Par Level Notification

    • Receive alerts when raw material stock hits the At Par stock level.
    • How to enable:
      • Go to the Inventory Settings and enable:
        "Get notified in the POS and inventory notification section when raw material stock hits the At Par stock level."

  2. Minimum Level Notification

    • Be notified when the quantity of raw material falls below the minimum stock level. 
    • How to enable:
      • Go to the Inventory Settings and enable:
        "When the quantity of raw material falls below the minimum stock level, mark the item as out of stock. Also, do you want minimum stock level notifications in the inventory notification section?"

  3. Near Expiry Notification

    • Get notified 3 days before a raw material's expiration date.
    • How to enable:
      • Enable this in the Raw Material Master.
      • While purchasing raw materials, ensure you add the expiry date.
