Online order flow Improvements

1. Web invoices are now visible on POS :

  1. We've introduced a new 'Web Invoices' section on the POS. This dedicated section provides complete visibility of all invoices generated from online orders placed through your order app and web dashboard. Previously, invoices for online orders weren't reflected on the POS, leading to discrepancies between your sales reporting and analysis. With this update, your biller/cashier can now :

    1. See all web-generated invoices directly on POS

    2. Recreate these invoices within the POS to ensure your sales data perfectly matches between your POS and dashboard.

    3. This means more accurate reporting, better inventory management, and a clearer overall picture of your sales performance

  1. There's no setup needed on your end. The 'Web Invoices' option will automatically appear on the POS, only when there are pending online orders that have been accepted from the web.

    1. This feature is available only until the outlet closing hour is reached.

    2. This feature will work only in your POS : Master terminal.

    3. No setup is required; the option appears only if there are pending online orders accepted from the web.

2. Persistent “Contact Swiggy” option

  1. The “Contact Swiggy” action will remain available until the online order from Swiggy is delivered.

3. Copy customer info : Live view

  1. You can now copy a customer’s name and number from the “Info” section on the live view screen.

Owner's dashboard updates

1. Store status alerts on the store on/off tracking dashboard :

  1. A new enhancement has been added to the 'Store On/Off Tracking Dashboard' that will transform how you monitor and manage your store operations! The 'Store On/Off Tracking dashboard' now features real-time alerts for all store status changes. It means you will no longer have to manually refresh or wait for updates to understand if a store's status has shifted.

  2. This new capability provides critical advantages for decision-makers :
    1. Instant awareness : Get immediate notifications when a store goes offline or changes status, right on your dashboard
    2. Minimize business loss : By responding swiftly to status changes, you can significantly reduce the impact of operational disruptions and prevent potential business loss.
    3. Simply keep an eye on your Store On/Off Tracking Dashboard – any changes in store status will now trigger a real-time alert directly within the interface, ensuring you always remain updated.

2. Menu master upload enhancements :

  1. You can now include the following changes via the item upload sheet :

    • Optional taxes (must be pre-configured in the tax master)

    • Minimum stock level

    • At-par stock level

Note : Addition of minimum/at-par stock level is only applicable to menu items created under self-item recipe.
