POS updates
1. Removing KOT option :
- We have removed the option to create 'KOT' and 'KOT & print' while accepting online orders.
- We additionally restricted the KOT/KOT print option on the CTRL+A event.

- This shall work as per the configuration set under the : Owners dashboard → Configuration → Outlet configuration → Outlet information → Outlet details → Additional information
2. Creating combo items :
- In the current "Set as a combo" flow, the user can create a combo by selecting an existing item's default combo. The goal here is to design a customizable combo from existing items with different prices.
- How to create it ? : Create an item and then make it a combo → mark it as “Customizable” → provide option to select items from the existing item list and allow different price input option → Save changes.

- POS workflow : Select customizable combo item on POS → A pop up with predefined items would appear → Increase/decrease quantity → create an order → Print with relevant information

3. Talabat Cash payment type introduced :
- For outlets that have Talabat integration, we have introduced a new payment option 'Talabat cash' for the cash on delivery orders.
- This is not applicable for Indian outlets.
4. Customer due amount on bill print :
- We have now introduced customer due amount on bill print. With this you can print the pending payments yet to be collected from your customers.

- This shall work as per the configuration set under the : POS → Operations → Bill/KOT print → Multiple printer settings → Edit printer

5. Container/Delivery/Service charge threshold :
- As per the request of various outlets, we have recently developed a easily configurable option for the Container, Delivery and Service charges settings.
- This allows you to modify the container, delivery, or service charge if it exceed/goes less than the default number defined by your owner's dashboard.
- This shall work as per the configuration set under the : Owners dashboard → Configuration → Outlet configuration → Billing screen → Calculations

6. Advance orders changes :
- We have added a date range filter that will allow you to search the advance orders for a specific date and time using the 'From' and 'To' filter :

- Advance orders notifications will now work as per the settings configured in your outlet.
- You can configure the settings from : Owners dashboard → Configuration → Outlet configuration → Online/Advance order → Online/Advance Order Configuration

7. Category scheduling for offline billing :
- You will be able to use the category scheduling for the offline orders as well.
- This shall work as per the configuration set under the : POS → Settings → Display

Owners dashboard updates
1. Auto acceptance in bulk :
- You will be able to assist your merchant on the spur of the moment, in case if you wish to enable/disable the auto-acceptance functionality in bulk for multiple aggregators for single/multiple restaurants.
- This settings will be available in the actions section in the third party integration section (only for internal employees).

2. Configuring decimal settings via sheet/menu grid :
- Unlike earlier times, you can now configure the "Don't allow decimal value for quantity" settings for each item/s directly while adding the item from add menu page or via base menu sheet.
- This column would be optional to fill in the base menu excel.
- Only 'Yes' or 'No' will be accepted as a valid input in this column.
3. Area ranking via excel :
- You can easily set the sequence of the areas using an excel sheet from the menu management now.
- This shall work as per the configuration set under the : Owners dashboard → Menu management → Menu & Discounts → Tables/Areas → Areas

4. TeamViewer API integration :
- In order to solve multiple queries at one go, many a times there's a need to share the system access to the Petpooja support team.
- We have simplified this procedure for you by offering the Petpooja support staff with an opportunity to share your system access with them. All you need to do is click accept the session, and your system will be easily accessible.
5. HSN mandatory alert :
- If HSN codes are specified as a mandatory value for each menu item, the system will display an alert indicating the number of items for which the HSN code was mandatory but you did not set it.

6. Due payment settlement from Owner's dashboard :
- One of the most exciting feature, that allows you to settle the pending due payments from the owner's dashboard is now live.
- With this feature, either you can settle the due payments from the owners dashboard or from the POS.
- The settlement will happen based on your preference :

- Due payment can be settled from the Orders and Billing section in your owner's dashboard.

7. Biller rights modification logs :
- We have enabled the 'billing user' and 'admin user' rights modification logs under the user management section.

8. Refund for the registration :
- We have recently added a provision to allow the refund for the WhatsApp CRM credit balance.
9. Remove Table option :
- You can remove the table(s) that are not needed at your outlet.

10. Loyalty allotment - Kiosk orders :
- You can now allot loyalty points on the orders created from the Kiosk application.
- Path to configure this : Owners dashboard → Marketplace → CRM → Petpooja Loyalty → App settings → Add loyalty settings

HO Management
1. Restriction logs :
- Unlike previously, you will be able to review the logs for each and every modification that happens within the 'HO - restriction' area."

2. Reminder alert for pushing taxes :
- While pushing any item/s from HO to the branch or branch to branch, the system will prompt you to update the taxes to that particular branch so as to avoid issues in general.
- This feature will not work for HO to HO item copy/update.
