We have added a new option that allows you to manually create bills for both online and offline advance orders, even if they are fully paid and marked as memo status.
Creating bills from Memo : For offline orders, you will now need to manually generate a bill after the settlement process. When this feature is activated, bills for settled orders will not be created automatically. The biller will need to create the bill from the advance order grid manually. The "Create Bill" button will only appear if the payment for that order has been fully received or if the delivery date has passed.
Bulk Bill Creation : By clicking the "Bulk Create Bill" button, a popup will appear, allowing your biller to decide whether to print the bill(s), with the print option initially unchecked.
If offline advance orders are settled with a different payment method, billers can now update the payment method to "due-payment" even after settlement. This due payment settlement option would be available in offline memo advance orders.
This update is based on the user rights assigned to the biller, ensuring flexibility and control over payment corrections.
If an order is fully settled with due payment, the due payment option will not be visible.
In the bulk settlement option, the due payment option will still be available for selection.
