Purchase Request Time Enhancement

We have enhanced the Request for Purchase flow by introducing the option to add a required time (in addition to the existing date).

What’s New?

  • While raising a Request for Purchase, users can now specify the exact time when goods are required.

  • The selected time will be:

    • Visible in the Purchase Order (PO) PDF for vendors.


    • Displayed in Sale and Transfer Tickets for better coordination.

Example Use Case

Earlier, users could only mention the required date. Now, they can also specify the time.

  • Example: A restaurant requests 10 kg of potatoes on 2nd Sept at 11:00 AM instead of just “2nd Sept.”

  • This ensures the vendor delivers goods at the right time, avoiding delays or storage issues.
