New Configuration – "Save as Draft" Option for Request for Purchase

We’ve introduced a new configuration to enhance flexibility while raising Purchase Orders.

• New Configuration Added: “Do you need a Save as Draft option before the final save in the Request for Purchase?”,this enhancement is only for dashboard user not for pos user as edit optoin is not available in pos.

• Default Setting: Disabled. Users can enable it from configuration settings.

• How it Works:

  • When enabled, users can save a Purchase Order (PO) as a Draft before final approval or saving.

  • Drafts can be edited or modified multiple times until they are finalized.

  • Once a PO is approved or saved, it can no longer be drafted.

🔹 Why it’s useful:
This feature allows users to make changes, review details, and finalize POs at their own pace before sending them for approval or saving, ensuring better accuracy and control.
