Enhanced Control Over paid/unpaid functionality in Inventory

We have introduced a new feature that provides more control over invoice's paid/unpaid functionality, aimed at improving accuracy and operational efficiency.

Feature Update:

  • Business owners can now assign specific rights to users, allowing them to convert unpaid bills into paid bills, or vice versa, within the inventory system.
  • These rights are configurable via the User Management section for both the Dashboard and POS.
  • Previously, any user could perform this conversion without restrictions. With this update, only authorized users can convert unpaid bills into paid bills, ensuring better control and accountability.

This feature enhances inventory accuracy and streamlines financial operations by giving owners greater control over bill status management.

Why We Added This Feature:

  • Prior to this update, there was no built-in control preventing any user from converting unpaid bills into paid bills, which posed a risk for inventory management accuracy and financial oversight. This enhancement was designed to give business owners better control over their financial data, improve operational accuracy, and provide easier management of user permissions within the system.
By default this right is allowed to biller and dahsboard user.


If rights is not given then paid unpaid is lock for user.
