Enhanced e-Invoice Dispatch & Shipping Address Configuration in inventory.

An important update to our e-Invoice functionality, providing more flexibility in handling Dispatch and Shipping Addresses.

What’s New?

  1. Dispatch Address for Seller:

    • Earlier, the Seller's Registered Address was automatically considered as the Dispatch Address, and users could not modify it.
    • Now, users can add a Dispatch Address separately from the registered address under e-Invoice settings.
    • If no Dispatch Address is added, the Registered Address will auto-fill as the Dispatch Address.

  2. Shipping Address for Buyer (Receiver):

    • Previously, the Buyer's Registered Address was treated as the Shipping Address, with no option to change or display it if different.
    • Now, users can add a Shipping Address for the buyer, which will be reflected in the e-Invoice.
    • If Shipping Address is left blank, the system will consider the Buyer's Registered Address as the Shipping Address.
If buyer is restaurant or kitchen then add shipping address here.

If buyer is third party then add shipping address in supplier master,

Key Benefits:

  • Flexibility to handle cases where Dispatch Address differs from the Registered Address.
  • Clear visibility of Shipping Address when it’s different from the Receiver’s Registered Address.
  • Improved compliance with GST regulations for accurate address mapping in e-Invoices.
