This document aims to inform you about some of the most enticing & exciting updates in Android POS
POS updates
We're thrilled to announce updates to the latest version of the Android POS, designed to empower you with smoother order management and enhanced accuracy!
This release focuses on minimizing errors, streamlining workflows, and boosting customer satisfaction. Here's a detailed look at the new features:
1. Adding a customized table :
- We’ve now enabled the 'Add Table' functionality for user rights-based access. It means your cashier/biller will be able to create a new table on the POS only if the user rights for the same have been allotted to him.
- Path to allot rights : Owners dashboard → management → user management → biller app

- To make order management easier, we now display contact numbers for all assigned riders when multiple riders handle a single Swiggy online order. This allows your staff to quickly reach the appropriate rider directly from the order screen.
3. Introducing a new font family :
- We've updated all text in your POS application with a new, clearer font. This will make everything easier to read and understand for you.
- The change will happen automatically - you don't need to do anything.
1. Enhancement in KOT itemwise process time report :
- We've upgraded the KOT Itemwise Process Time Report to now display preparation times for each menu item.

2. Introducing ebill via WhatsApp :
- We have moved e-bill messages to the WhatsApp platform. By default, all e-bill messages will now be sent to your customers via WhatsApp.
- Additionally, we will soon provide a configuration option if you wish to switch back to sending e-bills through regular SMS.
- Path : Owners dashboard → management → configuration → marketplace settings → pos subscription

3. Introducing : Aggregator center
- You can now directly log in to the Swiggy merchant login dashboard straight from the Petpooja owner's dashboard.
- This will greatly help you to configure the discounts, run campaigns, and manage your operations without juggling between various platforms.

Marketplace service updates
1. Revamped : Online Orders Reconciliation service
- We’ve rolled out a revamped version of the Online Order Reconciliation feature to make your payout validation process more seamless, insightful, and efficient. While the core logic remains unchanged, the experience has been restructured for clarity and speed.
- What’s New :
- Refined UI & Grid Layouts
- Improved Order Categorization
- Missing Orders : Identify orders missing from either Zomato/Swiggy or Petpooja.
- Mismatch Status Orders : Shows mismatches in final order status.
- Variance Orders : Highlights value mismatches with alert symbols.
- Cancelled/Rejected Orders : Displays payout amounts for cancelled/rejected orders and % payout vs net sales.
- Final Reconciliation : A comprehensive summary of all reconciled orders.
