Accessing the AI Agent is simple. Click the dedicated AI Agent button within the dashboard interface, and the agent will appear, ready to assist you.
In its current phase, the AI Agent is equipped to handle a range of tasks and queries:
Gain deep insights into your sales and order data generated through the PoS, including sales from online platforms.
Query specific data points such as channel-wise sales for a given period (e.g., last month), discount levied against net sales for the year, or month-wise net sales for the past year. The agent can handle both simple queries and complex analyses involving comparisons.
Receive answers presented in clear tables, charts, and summarized "Key Observations" based on business intelligence logic to help you quickly understand performance and identify areas for action.

Get quick answers and guidance regarding the different modules within your dashboard, including the Sales Dashboard, Menu, Integrations, and Inventory.
The agent can tell you where specific information can be found within the dashboard and provide additional details, step-by-step instructions, and illustrative images.
Dashboard Navigation
Streamline your operations by getting direct assistance with certain tasks, Currently, adding raw materials through the agent is available. You can provide the mandatory information, along with any additional details required. (Currently supports adding one raw material at a time).
If the agent is unable to directly provide a solution to your query or if the issue requires further investigation, the agent can seamlessly generate a support ticket on your behalf. You will receive the ticket ID for easy tracking.
