Date Restriction Feature for Purchase order Requests

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to restrict purchase requests based on specific date selections. This enhancement gives more control over the purchase process, ensuring that requests are made within the desired time frame.

Options Available:
  • None: No restrictions; users can select any date for purchase requests.(no changes going to work as currently working)
  • Today's Date: Restricts purchase requests to the current date only.
  • Future Dates: Restricts purchase requests to future dates only.
  • Past Dates (Last 60 days): Restricts purchase requests to dates within the last 60 days only.
This feature is designed to streamline and enhance the accuracy of purchase management, ensuring that requests align with the desired operational timeline.






Known point
  • For Future date , tomorrow's date will be considered w.r.t today.
  • For Past date , Yesterday’s date will be considered w.r.t today.
  • For None , there will be no restriction.
  • Date will be changed while edit/approval flow w.r.t current configuration.
  • The functionality might be impacted in case of change of System’s  date
