This document aims to inform you about some of the latest and exciting updates in Android POS

POS updates


1. Reelo loyalty - free items discount :

  1. We are now supporting the free items discount on the Reelo loyalty integration.

2. Apply - Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer :

  1. The BOGO offer can now be applied on higher/lower amount.
  2. Also, you can modify the BOGO offers if already applied.

3. Logistics integrations - Delivery chain :

  1. Now you have the ability to assign orders to your delivery partners.



  2. Simply choose from the integrated delivery options on the Android POS to organize your deliveries.



4. Logistics integrations - Delivery tracking :

  1. You can now assign orders to your delivery riders and use integrated third-party tracking to keep an eye on and manage your order deliveries.

5. Offline advance orders modification :

  1. We have enabled modifications for offline advance orders after settlement, provided the user has the necessary rights from the owner's dashboard.
  2. Editing is possible under two conditions :
    1. Bill number must be generated for advance orders
    2. The user must have advance order editing rights.
  3. Note that editing is only feasible until the outlet's closing hours are reached.
  4. Path to give rights : Owners dashboard → User management → Biller app



6. Memo - advance orders KOT creation :

  1. You will be able to create a KOT on creating a memo advance order.
  2. This configuration will work in case of offline advance orders only.
  3. Path to configure : Owners dashboard → configuration → outlet configuration → online/advance order → online/advance order configuration → advance order setting



7. Price to weight conversion :

  1. In the open quantity pop-up, we previously supported converting weight to price when adding an item. We are pleased to announce that converting price to weight is now also supported.
  2. To perform the price to weight conversion you need to enable the below configuration from the owners dashboard.
  3. Path : Owners dashboard → configuration → outlet configuration → billing screen → display settings → Display item price



8. Order cancellation flow for online orders :

  1. We are excited to inform you that the order cancellation flow is now enabled for online advanced orders, enhancing your flexibility and control.



9. Items selection for marking items out of stock :

  1. We have introduced a new feature that displays a list of all ordered items, allowing you to mark items as out of stock when rejecting an order.
