Scan & Purchase on Purchase Screen
While the “Scan and Add” functionality for raw materials has been available in Petpooja, many clients were unaware of its capabilities. To make this feature more accessible and user-friendly, we’ve now added it directly to the Purchase screen.
What’s New:
Quick Scan & Add: You can now quickly scan raw materials and directly add them to a purchase entry.
Manual Add Support: Not just scanning – users can also manually add raw materials from the same screen.
Inventory Configuration Support: All relevant inventory configurations continue to work seamlessly.
Please Note:
Some options available in the standard “Add Purchase” flow are not available in this new feature, such as:
Adding an invoice number
Creating new raw materials or suppliers
Managing paid/unpaid status
This feature is designed to speed up your daily operations by simplifying the way raw materials are added—perfect for quick entries and day-to-day purchases.

- Do you want to use a barcode in sales, transfers, or purchases?
- Want to round off or set the invoice total amount as a round figure?
- Last purchase price in purchase and sales module
- Do you want to lock prices in Purchase and Consumption modules?
