Invoice Design Feature Enhancement


Feature Overview:

  1. Invoice Design Selection:

    • Users now have the option to select an invoice design for different transaction types. This includes:
      • Purchase
      • Request for Purchase
      • Purchase Return
      • Sale
      • Transfer
      • Sales Return
      • Request for Sales Return

  2. Standard Template Availability:

    • As part of this initial release, we have provided one standard template that can be applied across all transaction types. 
    • The standard template includes all the necessary details required for each transaction type.

  3. Future Customization Possibilities:

    • While the current release includes a single standard template, we understand the importance of customization. Therefore, we are already working on developing additional templates that will allow users to further tailor their invoices.
    • In future updates, users will have the ability to choose from a variety of templates.
    • Customizable options may include:
      • Layout Adjustments: Modify the positioning of key elements such as logos, company information, and transaction details.
      • Additional Fields: Add or remove fields based on the specific needs of your transactions.
