Introducing Restock Level in Raw Material Master

This feature is designed to help users automatically generate purchase order suggestions based on predefined restock levels, saving valuable time and streamlining the purchase order process.

How It Works:

• Restock Level Setup: Users can now set a restock level for each raw material in the system.
• Automatic Purchase Order Suggestions: At the end of the day or as inventory gets consumed, if the current stock for any raw material falls below the set restock level, the system will automatically suggest raising a purchase order to replenish the stock.
  

Example:

• Suppose the restock level for Potato is set to 20 kg. After consumption, the current stock is 5 kg.
• The system will automatically suggest raising a purchase order for 15 kg to meet the restock level.
• If 20 raw materials are below their respective restock levels, all 20 materials will be visible in the Purchase Order Screen with their suggested quantities.
  

Key Benefits:

• Time-Saving: Eliminates the manual effort of checking stock levels and calculating reorder quantities.
• Efficiency: Users can directly review and approve purchase order suggestions in one go.
• Inventory Optimization: Ensures timely replenishment and prevents stockouts.
  

In the restock level, only the purchase unit can be added. The consumption unit is not required, as it is not allowed in the purchase request.

This feature is also going to work for ship to bill configuration as well.
