Purchased Material's Utilization Widget
Overview
Purchased Material's Utilization Widget, a new addition to our inventory dashboard. This widget provides a detailed and intuitive visual representation of your inventory usage, allowing you to monitor the consumption, wastage, and availability of your raw materials effortlessly.
New Features
1. Visual Representation
Bar Chart Visibility:
- Consumed Materials: Represented by light blue bars, showing the total amount of each raw material that has been used.
Here we are ONLY showing total consumpion form pos bills and semi finished raw material's conversion. - Wastage: Represented by yellow bars, indicating the amount of each raw material that has been wasted.
- Available Stock: Represented by green bars, displaying the remaining quantity of each raw material available in stock.
2. Tooltip Information
- Detailed Tooltips: Hovering over any bar in the chart reveals a tooltip with comprehensive information about the consumed amounts, including stock consumption and the conversion of semi-finished raw materials.
3. Filters
- Time Frame Filter: A dropdown menu that allows users to filter the displayed data by selecting the desired time frame, such as 30 days,60 days.
- Category Filter: A dropdown menu enabling users to filter data by specific categories of raw materials, providing a more focused view of inventory usage.

Here are the simplified and precise points about the widget:
Default Disabled: The widget is off by default and needs to be turned on from the inventory dashboard to:
- Reduce load time.
- Avoid unnecessary information.
Zero Wastage: Shows zero wastage if only "available" and "consumed" entries are added.
Wastage Overlap: Wastage entries will overlap available entries if there are more wastage entries.
Includes:
- Total purchases
- Total wastage
- Total consumption from POS
- Consumption from semi-finished goods
Excludes:
- Manual adjustments
- Sales
- Transfers
- Normal
This focuses on in-house usage and keeps the widget simple.
