To enhance the user experience we did some minor changes in the inventory management.

1. Rights-based inventory settings :
- As per the requirements of many users, we are now making the inventory settings page completely rights-based.
- The 'inventory settings' right would be assigned by default.
- If this right is unchecked, then no inventory settings will be accessible to that user.
- Path : Owners dashboard -> User management -> biller app -> user rights -> inventory settings
2. Raw material file type change :
- We have updated the inventory raw material file type to .CSV format now to avoid any system errors while exporting the raw materials data.
- This change is applicable for EXPORT functionality of raw material section.
- Reason :
- Now the main reason to change this is, If I have added 0123hsn in raw material 'upload' file then after uploading its visible as 0123hsn, later, if you 'export' that raw material in Excel then due to .CSV in hsn column it's coming as 123hsn. Here lending zero is not coming in CSV format, to resolve this issue we changed file format from .XLSX to .CSV (for export)
